Do I pay anything upfront?
No. No deposit, no subscription. You pay £149 only once the review has actually been removed from your listing.
What do I need to send?
The review link, your first name, mobile number and email. That’s the whole form.
Can you remove any negative review?
No. Google removes reviews that breach its policies fake reviews, non-customers, competitors, personal attacks, off-topic posts. If someone was a real customer with a real complaint, it’s likely to stay up, and we’ll tell you rather than take the case on.
How long does it take?
Google sets the pace on this, not us, so we don’t quote a timeframe we can’t control. We assess and file as soon as we have it, escalate where Google declines first time, and email you the moment there’s an outcome. You won’t need to chase us.
What if it isn’t removed?
You pay nothing, and we email you what Google said.
What if it comes down on its own?
If the reviewer deletes it before we’ve filed anything, we don’t invoice you.
